   Assess student learning outcomes, provide feedback, and support student development;

* 中国人，有教学经验

   Chinese nationality, with teaching experience

* 热爱教育事业，有亲和力和耐心；

   Passionate about education, with affinity and patience; 

* 本科或以上学历，物理专业或具有相关学科背景；

   Bachelor’s degree or higher in physics or a related field;

* 具有物理教师资格证书；

   Hold a physics teaching certificate;

* 熟练掌握基本教学工具和技术；

   Proficient in basic teaching tools and technology;

* 对学生具有较强的沟通能力，能够有效地引导学生学习

   Strong communication skills with students, capable of effectively guiding their learning.
