This teaching job in a private American high school includes:
Working with the Employer to implement and oversee international initiatives and programs in the system of schools and any future schools.
Development of the Nanjing incubator campus.
Academic service and support for any subsidiary schools.
International and bilingual curriculum development that aligns with standards required for any partner schools
overseas, with guiding standards for dual diploma programs, and as required for admissions to top English
speaking colleges and universities around the world.
Standardization of educational services and/or enterprises that support standardized test preparation.
Works to establish environments in which the children of all schools and any future schools, hereinafter referred to
as THE SYSTEM, may receive education of the highest quality.
Oversight of mission and vision of the international and bilingual educational system for the school(s) and
subsidiary schools.
Provides ongoing education and development of leadership in international and bilingual education.
Identifies and communicates effective instructional planning strategies that support the Employer’s mission and
strategies.
Attends meetings as required to support group initiatives and business development.
In charge of the management responsibilities of all foreign leadership in group enterprises and/or subsidiary
schools.
Responsible for SYSTEM wide policy and procedures for international leadership and faculty.
Responsible for setting up and maintaining quality assurance and control of international and bilingual teachers
through an ongoing system of continuing professional education and development.
Project management of international initiatives as required by the Board.
Other duties as required.
Requirements
1.English Native Speaker (U.S.A, Canada,
United Kingdom ,New Zealand, Australia)
2.Master Degree from an accredited
college or university
3.Major in education , English or
subjects-related majors.
4.CELTA/TEFL certificate or equivalent
5.A minimum of 24 months Teaching
experience is required, must be post-graduation
6.Able to get a Criminal Background Check
7.Applicants who are familiar with American high school course are highly preferred
8.Abilities to understand and adapt to
cultural differences
Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Negotiable (base on position, credentials
and experiences) plus performance bonus per 6months
2. Working hours: Monday through Friday
