Academic Manager wanted in a fast growing English School

Job Title: Academic Manager (Referred to as AM)  

Reporting to: School Managers, CEO 

Supervises: all Foreign teachers in Changzhou Branch 

General Responsibilities

The AM is responsible for supporting management of all Foreign teachers in Changzhou branch in terms of providing advice, and feedback about their classes, lesson plans, while ensuring efficient and productive use of time - both in and out of the class, and relaying further support needs upwards to the school manager.

The AM shall maintain a regular teaching schedule which contributes to the overall income goals of the department - approximately 18 hours a week.

The AM will support the smooth operation of all Fo English School Changzhou branch locations, in terms of contributing to student recruitment, services to students, and where it is reasonable helping to ensure classes are not stopped where covers are possible.
