1. To follow and abide by the Montessori Education Method;2. To manage the works and everything in the classroom to go well, carry on the pedagogical innovation and make creative teaching materials;
3. To be in charge of the qualify of educating, works and services in the classroom;
4. Management of children’s and assistants’ attendance;
5. To be responsible for the overall management of children’ physical health, food safety, hygiene，and environmental safety, take the preventive measures to control infectious diseases, and report to the Principal in time if any safety issue takes place;
6. Recording the development of children and ensure the authenticity;
7. Management of parents’ workshop, parent meetings and P-T conferences;
8. Management of specialties and features of teachers and assistants in the class;
9. Enhancement of cooperation among teachers and assistants and establishment of an atmosphere of union, mutual care, mutual improvement and trust;
10.Cost controls of the class and maintenance of furniture and facilities;
11.To comply with Three Levels’ Management, Three Levels’ Evaluation, Three Levels’ Bonus and Assignment integrated management in the class.
