Art and ESL Teacher

A High School Science teacher is required due to the expansion of the school. The teacher will be expected to teach students in Grades 10-12. Classes will be dependent on the candidate's area of expertise. All teachers are expected to be enthusiastic and dedicated to supporting the students to reach their full potential. The class sizes are no bigger than 25 students. Honors and higher-level classes are smaller. 

All resources are provided as well as the syllabus. The teacher is expected to tailor the lessons to fit the student group. All students are second language students. The students have a good level of English knowledge, but they may have some subject-specific vocabulary gaps.

There is a School Administration System and Gradebook provided. As well as SMART Boards in all classrooms. The school is an iPad school, with all students having access to an individual iPad. iPads are provided for all teachers.

1.       Required Certificates: TESL/TEFL Certificate over 100 hours
