Center Manager

The Sara Beattie Group owns and operates The Princeton Review Hong Kong, Malaysia and Shanghai. The Princeton Review, a global leader in the Test Prep industry, seeks for its Shanghai office, a Center Manager. The Princeton Review helps millions of students each year in the States and worldwide to prepare for entrance examinations for U.S. studies. Our Test Prep includes SAT, SATIIs, SSAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, Preparatory English and Counseling. The Princeton Review also publishes and distributes over 150 best-selling titles for entry to Ivy Leagues, choice colleges and business schools in the U.S.

Centre Manager

You are strong in external presence and have worked in a multi-cultural environment with a high level of English communication & have demonstrated leadership skills in a competitive environment. You have experience in preparing Business Plans, setting targets for your staff and working with them to achieve the required business outcomes with 5 years experience.

Responsibilities:

• People management experience – to recruit, train, motivate and monitor KPI outcomes for

student enrolment, sales & marketing and training staff

• Manage external positioning, prepare collateral to run marketing promotions and events

•Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, colleges and institutions/corporations in HK

• Recruit, train & monitor KPI outcomes

• Monitor and motivate the team to achieve sales target

• Liaise with Operations Manager and Head TrainerC

• ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Degree holder, advantage economics or education

• A knowledge of the education sector will be a plus

• High fluency in English and Mandarin

• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
