Key responsibilities:
1. Provide campus-based counseling support for students on an individual as well as group basis
2. Work closely with parents and teachers, implement student social-emotional learning programs
3. Collaborate with different teaching and pastoral teams whenever appropriate to ensure students’ diverse needs
are met holistically
4. Coordinating responses to critical incidents for students
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Counseling/Social Work or other relevant disciplines; Master’s degree would be
an added advantage
2. At least 2 years of relevant counseling experience in working with adolescents
3. Experience in a bilingual school setting preferred
4. Good written and spoken English and Chinese would be an advantage
Preferred but not essential Requirements:
1. Experience of working in an International School or a multi-cultural setting
2. Experience with second language learners;
3. Bi-lingual ability (English and Mandarin Chinese)
