Job Description
The Director of International Department is responsible for the admissions, administration, teaching quality control and staff management with the following responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the annual work plan and goal of the international department, the construction and improvement of various management systems, the management of business planning and other administrative management work, which in align Weiming's mission and vision;
2. Make recruitment plans and objectives of the international department according to the annual business objectives of the HQ, follow up the implementation;
3. Established education teaching quality system of the international department, and took full charge of the daily management of education teaching of the international department;
4. Responsible for the construction and management of the Chinese and foreign teacher teams, and improving the professional ability and academic level of the Chinese and foreign teacher teams;
5. Establish the student management and evaluation system of the international department, highlight the characteristics of student management of the international department, and create a new situation of student management;
6. Establish a harmonious home-school communication platform, cooperative relationship and public relations maintenance;
7. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in education field;
2. Bilingual competency: fluent in both English and Chinese;
3. Organizing/management/coordinating ability
4. Be familiar with international curriculum, especial for IB/AP/A-level etc. course system;
5. Proven experience in school administration and teaching quality assurance;
6. At least 5 years working experience working in International school/International institution/oversea experience;
7. Teaching certification is required
Benefits
Salary Package: ¥40k-50k/Month, depending on candidate's qualification;
