School Description

Eduwings is a trilingual international kindergarten for German, English and Chinese kids. Students are 2-6 years old. Following a German Kindergarten curriculum, students are put it in small groups with native speaking teachers for an enjoyable learning experience. Eduwings Kindergarten has two campuses, one in Shunyi and one in Haidian District.

Our teachers are well educated, experienced in early childhood education, and motive native who create an exciting and interesting learning environment for your child to learn, play and grow. We are an international team. Our teachers are coming from Germany, China, USA, Canada, etc. Our teachers communication with kids in their mother language. 

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check the general state of the school each morning (teachers, preparation, rooms preparation)
  
• Arrange and rearrange the teachers and classes according to the actual state
  

(e.g. in case of missing teachers, missing activities, missing material) 

• Communicate with parents, if they have specific questions or complaining which are related to education 
  
• Communicate with teachers and solve possible conflicts, report to the principle 
  
• Monthly observation of teaching units and recording (use the Eduwings form) 
  
• Collect good education ideas and send around
  
• Give suggestions to the teachers, in case they do not follow Eduwings HR rules: 
  
• Coming in time to school 
  
• Wearing uniform
  
• Preparing the class accordingly
  
• Following the weekly and daily schedule
  
• Supervision of students
  
• Help to give suggestions about teaching and teaching materials
  
• Finish the working duties 
  
• Attend meetings 
  
• Suggest workshop topics and hold partly workshops 
  
• Replace the vice principal in case of her/his absence 
  
• Support to organize the classes and teachers
  
• Suggest documents to make the management of the school easier 
  
• Guide new teachers to prepare and hold parents’ meetings (support if necessary)
  
• Enrich Eduwings kindergarten curriculum for both documentation and action
  

• Native speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Germany only
  
• BA or above
  
• At least 5 years teaching and 2 years management experience required
  
• Must be willing to relocate to China
