About the school:
Our school is conveniently located in Beijing and minutes away from comfortable living
quarters. XFA is an Early Years, Primary School and Middle School and High School catering to students Kindergarten through 12th grade. Our school contains contemporary
facilities and modern classrooms that are well equipped and resourced to support all aspects
of teaching young students. Our Foreign staff contains of qualified and experienced foreign
teachers that teach students English language skills, math, science and social studies
utilizing a western curriculum.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts / Science / Business Administration
English language teaching related certifications from credible awarding bodies
Preferred 3 years or more of teaching experience in the teaching subject applied for
Homeroom teacher experience
Understanding various language assessment tools e.g. MAPS / Raz-kids /
Cambridge YLE
As a primary school teacher, you'll need to:
prepare and deliver lessons to a range of classes of different ages and abilities
mark work, give appropriate feedback and maintain records of pupils' progress
and development
research new topic areas, maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge, and devise
and write new curriculum materials
prepare pupils for external examinations
manage pupil behaviour in the classroom and on school premises, and apply
appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehaviour
undertake pastoral duties, such as taking on the role of homeroom teacher, and
supporting pupils on an individual basis through academic or personal difficulties
communicate with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participate in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole-school training events
participate in and organise extracurricular activities, such as elective programmes, outings, social activities, school concerts and sporting events
undergo regular observations and participate in regular in-service training as part of continuing professional development (CPD).
