English Curriculum Director

This vacancy is from a client of TopTutorJob.cn. We are looking for an English curriculum director for an education group in Shanghai.

Hsuanhuai Institute is an international and STEAM education service provider. Headquartered in both Beijing and Shanghai, Hsuanhuai is now preparing several kindergartens in Wuhan and Nanjing.

Location: Beijing or Shanghai

Business trip: required

Report to: Vice Principal of Curriculum R&D Center

Responsibilities:

• Conduct marketing research, product orientation, development, and management for the English Communication Project.
  
• Be well aware of the most cutting-edge information of the English education curriculum, such as standards, policies, trends, and competition.
  
• Conduct user research and develop the product strategies based on the research.
  
• Organize activities relevant to the English curriculum system, such as curriculum development, quality control for the development team, and the lifecycle maintenance.
  
• Conduct training plan and deliver the training sessions to teaching staff.
  
• Observe and provide guidance to the academic group to improve the teaching quality.
  
• Ensure the core competition of the product and attend promotion activities.
  
• Provide training of product sale and product knowledge to the team.
  
• Build up the curriculum research team, provide support and team management as daily routine.
  
• Assist the team members to develop their career plan and path within the organization.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Citizens from US, UK, and/or Canada.
• Master’s degree or above. A PhD. would be a plus.
  
• Majored in English/Linguistics/Education preferred.
  
• At least 8-year working experience in education, experienced in English teaching and team management.
  
• Have knowledge and deep understanding in public education policy, concepts, and trends.
  
• Able to combine professional knowledge, customer requirements, and product experience.
  
• Have large interests and passion in development of the English education products.

• Able to work under pressure and to multi-task.

• Monthly salary 30K to 40K
