English Teacher (TOEFL/IELTS) (Chinese)




Job Description
- Responsible for the daily teaching of TOEFL (listening, speaking, reading, writing) courses in high school, optimizing teaching materials, and managing the class. Able to develop personalized teaching plans for students.
- Evaluate students according to regulations, promptly record and provide feedback on classroom performance, and regularly communicate with parents to provide updates on student progress.
- Collaborate effectively with Chinese and foreign teachers within and across disciplines, conduct research and exchange ideas related to teaching, optimize teaching materials and handouts, and participate in the revision and compilation of subject textbooks.
- Respect and comply with all school and departmental regulations, and participate in examinations, training, educational research activities, and other events organized by the school and department.
- Guide students in participating in relevant competitions.
Requirements
1. Relevant academic background.
2. Proficiency in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
English majors require TEM-8/TOEFL 105+/IELTS 7+;
non-English majors require CET-6/TOEFL 90+/IELTS 6.5+.
