Job Summary & Responsibilities

Changsha Aibo Cambridge School (CACS) was founded in 2007, which is accredited by Changsha Municipal Party Committee, Changsha Municipal People's Government and Changsha Educational Bureau. The school was recognized by Cambridge International Examination and Edexcel as member school of Cambridge International Schools offers worldwide accepted IGCSE and A-level course. CACS also accredited by College Board to provide Advanced Placement (AP) course. It is also a school in Hunan officially authorized by ACT Education Solutions, limited as approved teaching center to provide Global Assessment Certificate (GAC) course which is a university-preparatory course and ACT testing center. The enrolled students can choose to take A-level examinations, ACT test at CACS or Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) test in Hong Kong.

Working Hours:
40 working hours per week including managing and teaching;
No more than 18 hours/24 periods (1 period is 45 min) teaching per week;

Requirements

Must have relevant major's bachelors degree.
At least 2 years teaching experience, the teaching experience for the students whose native language is not English is preferred.
Native English speaker is preferred.
IGCSE/A-level or AP teaching experience is preferred.
A TESOL/TEFL certification and some experience are desirable but not compulsory.
Having an ACT/SAT teaching experience is preferred.

Salary: Term time salary will be paid monthly. After review the candidate resume, will provide the exact amount to qualified candidate.
Airfare: one roundtrip air ticket to China at the successful completion of the contract as long as the actual ticket cost does not exceed RMB10, 000. The teacher will need to purchase their ticket when they come; the teacher will be reimbursed for the ticket cost at the completion of the contract.
Insurance: Medical insurance is amount to RMB 20,000 per year and the accident insurance amount is RMB50,000.
Free Accommodation: Furnished apartment.
Summer and winter holiday: 2-3 months with non-term time monthly payment.
Admin department staff will assist the teacher in handling various issues of daily life and work that may arise.
