ESL and subject teacher

This is a vacancy from a client of TopTutorJob.cn. We are looking for teachers who can teach ESL and iGCSE/A-level science subjects for our client in Chengdu downtown.

BE Academy focuses on providing students from upper class with elite private tutoring services from outstanding foreign teachers located both locally in China and around the world. Students from BE aim to enter top universities worldwide. It prepares students for life at schools and universities abroad by providing tuition in a wide-range of individual subjects as well as preparation for entrance examinations such as the IELTS and TOEFL, among others. BE Academy also performs mock interviews and help students adjust to the different teaching methods of the western education system.

• Deliver mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, sciences classes in fun and creative ways
  
• Subjects include:
  
• IGCSE and A-Level science courses
  
• SSAT, SAT, TOFEL, IELTS
  
• ESL courses
  
• The teacher also needs to deliver a few lessons to students aged 8-10 years old
  

Requirements

• Native English speakers or non-native English speakers with good accent
  
• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mathematics, physics, biology, chemistry, and science subjects
  
• Knowledge of IGCSE and/or A-level syllabuses in science subjects, i.e., physics, chemistry or biology
  
• With at least 1-year full-time teaching experience in ESL and/or subject or a fresh graduate from a top university from the UK
  
• A certificate level of CELTA , TEFL, TESOL or equivalent qualification preferred
  
• Experience of working in a multicultural environment
  
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  
• Highly organized and punctuality
  
• Work well under pressure and highly motivated, with the ability to face challenges
  
• A confident and dynamic personality
  
• Working well with students aged from 8 to 18
