About client
We are an International School locate in the Minhang district of Shanghai. Currently we are looking for native speakers only who are preferably already in China. 
 
Salary and Benefits: (all amounts below are in RMB)
- Monthly salary: 22K – 30 K before tax (negotiated)
- 2K housing allowance
- Holidays: same as Chinese staff
- Winter holiday pay: full pay
- Flight allowance: 6K after the completion of a one-year contract
- 3 meals are provided by the school during working days
- Working visa will be provided by the school
 
Job requirements:
- Must be a native speaker of English from one of the following countries: USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and NZ. Prospective candidates which are not from these countries but are a native speaker will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Be below the age of 60
- Teaching experience: must have at least two years of teaching experience
- Must be active, enthusiastic, and love education
- TEFL or TESOL, PGCE preferred.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major
- Non-criminal record with consul authentication
- Teaching license from home country is strongly preferred but not required.
