Jump A-Z was founded in Nanjing 2007. It specializes in teaching English to children aged 3-16 years, as well as
cultivating their social and academic capacity with interactive teaching approaches and subject-oriented textbooks. Our
courses cover three stages including Early Start, Jump Start and High Achievers. We have 8 branches with 4000
students in total and 300 teaching staff which includes 40 ESL teachers. Jump A-Z aims to foster a culture of caring,
responsibility, progress, creativity and cooperation.
Prepare for every lesson before the class, and ensure that classes start at the scheduled time. Teach according to guidelines provided by the company.
Use teaching software after training.
Submit lesson plans for each week to the Academic Manager every Sunday.
Attend compulsory weekly workshops.
Provide feedback on his/her observations of students to the supervisory teacher.
Communicate with parents of students with the help of local teacher if necessary concerning the welfare of
individual students.
Endeavor to give every child the opportunity to reach their potential and meet high expectations.
Requirements
Native English speakers with bachelor degree or higher.
A passion for education.
More than two years teaching experience.
Standard pronunciation and good at motivating kids’ interesting learning. Teaching qualifications such as TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred. Be honest、caring、responsible、progressive、creative and cooperative.
Willing to work full time: 32 working hours per week including 20 hours teaching hours and 12 officehours.
