Job Description

Happy goal KIDS English is a newly established Early Childhood Education Training center under Web Education Group. Aiming at helping younger learners acquire English, Happy goal adopts the “K.I.D.S.” method (Key Intelligence Development System), a special curriculum tailored by Oxford University Press.

We are currently seeking full-time teachers for our new centers in the greater Shanghai area. We need qualified and experienced teachers to join us. Since the first center established in 2011, more centers have been established here. We now have 20 schools in shanghai and 11ones surrounding, providing engaging communicative English classes to students 3-12 years old.

The role of the ESL Teacher is to:

• 36-40 working hours per week ( at most, 22 classes, 45 minutes per class)

• Lesson planning based on teaching materials and resources provided

• Cooperating with TAs in ensuring the constructive communication and efficient operation of the centre

• Attend seminars, trainings, class preparation, marketing promotion activities and social events

Working Schedule:

Working 36 hours per week, 17 teaching hours included, 22classes per week, 45 min/class

Monday-Thursday: 3:00-8:00 p.m

Friday: 12:00 - 8:00 p.m

Saturday & Sunday: 9:00-6:00 p.m

Rest days: Mon & Wed or Tue & Thu

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in any subject (must be notarized in the country of issue)

* TEFL certificate minimum 120 hours (or equivalent)

* Native speakers from The UK, The USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa (for visa reasons)

* Able to pass a Criminal Background Check and standard health check
