Job Summary & Responsibilities

EXPLO aims to provide a unique summer experience for high school students that combined the best aspects of summer camps — close friendships, activities, and adventure — with a focus on intellectual engagement and life learning.

• Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities, etc) to motivate and stimulate children's abilities
  
• Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information
  
• Monitor children's interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing
  
• Cooperative with good communication skills
  
• Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations

Requirements

• Native English speakers from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland
  
• Relevant kids 3-12 teaching experience
  
• Patience and flexibility
  
• Strong communication skill; keep abreast with the latest trends and best practices
  
• Outgoing, friendly, patient and caring personality
  
• Bechelor's degree or above
  
• Provided visa
  
• Degree in education or relevant license/certificate
  
• Energetic, passionate, professional
