About Client

Featuring foreign language teaching and aiming for the long-term development of every student, Hangzhou Foreign Languages School (HFLS, or Hangwai) is one of the most-respected secondary schools in Zhejiang Province and beyond.
Founded in 1964, under direct administration of the Zhejiang Education Department, HFLS prides itself on being one of China’s earliest foreign language schools, and it now enjoys the privilege of recommending 20% of its graduates to top universities in China exempt from entrance exams.

Job Responsibilities

Teach oral English to students from Grade 7 to Grade 12 according to the curriculum design and teaching plan of English subject. 

Teach about 20 class hours per week, and maintain flexible working hours.
Participate in other English related activities in schools, such as recording audio for English listening tests, act as a judge for English activities, etc.. 



Requirements

Less than 50 years old. Native English Speaker. Teacher with American, British, Australian nationality is preferred.

TESOL Certificate is required. Teacher with more than 2 years of English teaching experience is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to optimize current technology use in the classroom.

Ability to educate students with enthusiasm. Support for Chinese cultures and school's educational vision and goals. 

Optimism and Openness. Excellent skills in communication and coordination.



Benefits

Monthly salary is ￥25K-28K/Month before tax, with winter holiday, summer holiday, and all the National statutory holidays.
Single apartment (with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom) with washing machine, refrigerator and air conditioner is provided. The single apartment is located on the campus.
School canteen is available everyday, with an additional meal allowance of 200 RMB per month.
