Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:

1、To work closely and professionally with the Chinese teacher to ensure the smooth running of daily routines;

2、To take full responsibility for the planning and implementation of age-appropriate program activities and assessment regarding the curriculum provided by school;

3、To provide a stimulating and effective learning environment for the children in supporting their learning;

4、To maintain close partnership with parents, colleagues and the community;

5、To provide informal communications (where required) to parents on the growth, progress, and attainment of the children.

Requirements

Requirements:

1、Native English speaker;

2、Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education preferred;

3、Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent);

4、Minimum 3 years' full time teaching experience;

5、Excellent classroom management and behavior management skills;

6、Ability to work as a part of a team in planning and implementing the school’s curriculum, strategic plans and policies;

7、Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
