It’s headquartered in Beijing, China and focusing on giving local families and expatriates preschool education (Age group is 0-6ys). It runs International and Bilingual classes which would lead young leaners to a great start!

Responsibilities:
• Provide expectation of all students and staff’s performance and provide improvement plan to reach the company’s standard.
• Lead the campus on a daily basis with professional manner
• Lead the campus to make sure all the school program, activities are well organized
• Expand the campus’ brand value, make speeches, provide help on student recruitment.
• Establish good relationship with parents, community and other departments in order to create a friendly relationship with the public
• Keep the campus under safety by creating a security plan
• School budget management, attendance management
• Join company trainings in order to improve his/her teaching skills.
• Greeting students and parents
• Help out with the class if needed
• Other campus principal responsibilities assigned by the company
