Introduction of Windsor
Windsor Bilingual Kindergarten is the sister school of the well-known Dulwich College Beijing, whose profound international education background is the foundation of Windsor's becoming the world's highest quality preschool education. Requirements
- Native English Speaker;
- Bachelor degree or above, relevant educational qualification certificate is preferred;
- Have teaching experience with young kids from 2-6 years old;
- Know some theories of constructivism, sociocultural theory, funds of knowledge, foxfire, culturally responsive pedagogy ……
- Enjoy staying with kids;
- Energetic, patient, responsible;
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skill;
Responsibilities:
- Stay whole day in one class, lead the English time in the morning and cooperate Chinese class in the afternoon.
- Manage classroom procedures and managing student behavior;
- Create an environment of respect and rapport;
- Equipment set up and maintenance, such as teaching materials and classroom decoration;
- Document students’ learning and assess students to improve teaching and learning;
- Participate in school-wide teaching activities;
- A reliable resource for parents;
