Kindergarten teacher

Requirements

• Native English Speaker;
  
• Bachelor degree or above, relevant educational qualification certificate is preferred;
  
• Have teaching experience with young kids from 2-6 years old;
  
• Know some theories of constructivism, sociocultural theory, funds of knowledge, foxfire, culturally responsive pedagogy …… 
  
• Enjoy staying with kids;
  
• Energetic, patient, responsible;
  
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skill;
  

• Stay whole day in one class, lead the English time in the morning and cooperate Chinese class in the afternoon.
  
• Manage classroom procedures and managing student behavior;
  
• Create an environment of respect and rapport;
  
• Equipment set up and maintenance, such as teaching materials and classroom decoration;
  
• Document students’ learning and assess students to improve teaching and learning;
  
• Participate in school-wide teaching activities;
  
• A reliable resource for parents;
