Job Description

Looking for A-Level Subject Teacher in Accounting Only

1. Teaching: Submitting semester Long Range Plans & Syllabus, lesson and unit plans, setting teaching targets, Assessments and Evaluation of student performance, and delivering all classes in English.

2. Communicating: Participating in department meetings and staff meetings, conducting effective communication with colleagues, maintaining sound relationship with parents, and providing feedback on students’ academic performance.

3. Supporting: Participating in school management, publicizing, supervision, being involved in the total school, participating in establishing a climate & culture of an International School Setting.

Teaching Details:

Work location: Weifang City, Shandong Province, China
Teaching content: A-LEVEL for Accounting
Student Age: 16 to 18 years
Work Hours: 30 Hours per week
Working Time: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm (11:50am to 1:50pm lunch/nap)
Week-ends Off: Except during specific National Holidays (Usually 6 per year)

Requirements

1.Required Degrees: Certification: BA, Accounting certificate. Must be qualified in the subject area!

2.Subject Teacher: All-English Teaching for Accounting

3.Age: Must be Under 56 years old

4.Educational Background: Must have a Bachelors’ or Masters’ Degree in Majors (Masters’ Degree and Teacher’s Certificate holders will be preferred)

Teaching Qualification:

Possess over 2 years’ teaching experience in A-level Curriculum

Other Requirements:

1) Have passion for teaching and have enthusiasm for learning;

2) Respecting Chinese values and culture;

3) To be in Good Health;

4) A Clean Criminal Background Record

Benefits

1.Reimburse Costs: Of work-related Certificates or Documents including Foreign Expert Certificate, Residence Permit, as well as prior expenses of the Criminal Record Check, Health Check and other authenticated documents required prior to coming to China and after the employee’s arrival in China.

2.Contract Length: 1 year, with an option to renew if in ‘good standing’

3.Basic Salary Per month (Before tax): Arranging from rmb 20,000 to 24,000 rmb (Ranked according to teaching experience, qualifications and interview feedback, etc.)

4.Accommodations: Free accommodations, with heating and air conditioning in a brand new school, free wifi, breakfast, lunch and dinner every day (except during National school holidays and closures for winter and summer breaks), health insurance

5.Bonus:

- Signing on Bonus for 2nd Year: 2000 rmb; and an increase in salary

- Paid Holidays: All China Public Statutory Holidays, Summer Holiday – 4 weeks,

- Flight ticket: Round trip tickets from homeland to China and back to homeland at the end of the contract.
