As the sole associate partner of Cambridge
International Examinations (CIE) among China's universities, BFSU International
Course Centre runs full-time IGCSE and A Level programmes.
- Teaching: Submitting semester plans,
setting teaching targets and delivering all-English classes.
- Communicating: Participating in department
meetings and staff meetings, conducting effective communication with
colleagues, maintaining sound relationship with parents, and providing feedback
on students' academic performance;
- Supporting: Participating in school
management, publicizing, supervision, among others.
Requirements
- Native English speaker;
- Subject Teacher: All-English teaching;
- Gender: Not limited;
- Age: Under 60.
- Possess bachelor's or master's degree in
Computer Science or related majors;
- Master's degree and teacher's certificate
holders will be preferred.
- Possess over 5 years' teaching experience
in A-level curriculum (at least 3 years);
- For those with a master's degree in
education, the minimum requirement for teaching experience is three years.
- Have passion in teaching and enthusiasm
for learning;
- Respecting Chinese values and culture;
- Fit and healthy;
- Clean criminal background record.

Contract length:2 years
Basic Salary Per month (Before tax):
Arranging from RMB 20,000 to 30,000
Ranked according to teaching experience,
interview feedback etc
Accommodation:
Housing allowance provided: RMB 4000 paid
with provision of official receipt (fapiao)
Employees responsible for utilities
expenses
Additional teaching:
RMB 300 per lesson for teaching beyond the
maximum contract load which is no more than 30 teaching hours per month.
Bonus:
Paid after 2 years’ contract (depends on
yearly performance appraisal schemes); Maximum 2 months’ salary.
Responsibility Allowance:
Employee with more than one positions of
responsibility (not common, but will be paid RMB 800-2000 per position)
Education Allowance
Maximum of RMB 60000 per year per child,
maximum 2 children (2nd year of employment )
Settling fee:
RMB 5000 provided at the beginning of entry
and deducted from 3rd month’s salary
Holiday/Sick leave
Paid holidays: China public statutory
holidays, Winter/Summer Holiday, Christmas Holiday
