*Teach group music classes of our Early Years Program’s courses which are created for young students from age 2 to 5
*Side course to teach: 1-on-1 instrumental lessons to young beginners
*Create curriculum and syllabus of new courses to help expand our Early Years Program
*Plan and teach seasonal music camps
Expectation:
We are looking for a competent teacher who would be able to commit to a 2 years full-time position contract after a 1-2 months probation and is able to commit to stability and consistency of work quality that we expect.
Requirements
Qualifications:
1. Graduated with a degree in music education - a plus for early childhood music education diploma or Dalcroze, Orff or other similar teaching certification (degree in music performance is acceptable but must fulfill requirement #2 below)
2. Had at least 2 years of full-time group teaching or classroom teaching experience
3. Had 1-on-1 private teaching experience for an instrument
4. Able to teach and communicate well in English
5. Love working with young children, excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Salary / Benefits:
32 hours of work hours per week (including planning hours), work 5 days per week, rest 2 days. Work visa and residence permit will be sponsored. Second year’s increment is possible based on the first year’s performance.
Salary will be offered based on the teacher’s experience and credentials, ranges between 186,000 - 240,000RMB (annual). Up to almost 2 months of paid vacation per year, including longer breaks during summer and Christmas. Extra bonus reward for teachers with good performance.
