Job Description

Develop and teach highly engaging, exploratory, student-centered curriculum
Make the specific lesson plans based on the school course syllabus
Organize club and extracurricular activities
Participate actively in school events
Highly responsible for the class for all the students as a professional teacher
Build a warm, supportive, respectful learning atmosphere
Collaborate intensively with colleagues to continually enrich the student experience and school culture
Inspire trust and confidence among parents and families

Classes per week: Around 20 classes Working hours per day: 8 hours
Class size: maximum 25 students per class
Main Curriculum: IEYC, A-level
Onboard date: Ending of August 2022

Requirements

A bachelor or above degree in education of art, sciences, or related subjects’ studies
Current teaching certification, or ability to get training before the season commences
Enthusiasm, commitment, patience, and a passion for teaching, and deep dedication to learning and developing as an educator
Highly effective collaborator, eager to listen deeply, contribute to a team and achieve goals together
Very resourceful and adaptive, eager to embrace constant change, growth and learning
