Harrow Shanghai is a co-educational school for pupils aged 2-18. Pre-Nursery to Year 10 opened in August 2016 on the newly-developed Sunland project in the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, thirty minutes from the centre of Shanghai. In August 2017 the school opened Year 12, for the study of A levels.
Harrow Shanghai is the fourth international school in the Harrow family of schools. They are Harrow School and John Lyon School both in London, and the Harrow international schools in Bangkok (opened 1998), Beijing (opened 2005) and Hong Kong (opened 2012).
The teacher will be mainly employed in the subject delivery of Spanish as reasonably directed, across all phases of the school. This will include IGCSE and A level teaching but also requires a willingness to teach all age groups down to Year 3.
