Bachelor Degree is the highest degree of most teachers who are on board in both spring and fall semesters. During fall semesters, the proportion of teachers holding Master's Degree has increased.
In spring semesters, the number of teachers who are familiar with IB and A-Level is more than that of other curriculum systems.
In fall semesters, the number of teachers who are familiar with A-Level, AP, IB and IGCSE curriculum system is relatively average.

In both spring and fall semesters, most on-board teachers expect to teach students that are in the K-12 stage, Grade 1 to Grade 9 students are highly preferred.

Teachers are more likely to teach in Tier 1 cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, of which Shanghai is the majority. New Tier 1 Cities in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, such as Hangzhou, Ningbo, Nanjing and Suzhou, are also popular destinations among teachers. Geographically, most teachers prefer southern cities to teach in.
The subjects that teachers are mainly interested teaching in are ESL for kids and young learners.
