Jinan Etonkids Kindergarten was founded in 2010 with three campuses and IVY International Kids Kindergarten was established in 2019.

These kindergartens aim to provide pre-school children with a first-class learning environment and the essence of Chinese and Western education, which will benefit them for a lifetime. They not only attach great importance to education but also pay attention to children’s personality and character shaping, particularly cultivating their self-confidence, responsibility, independence and comprehensive analytical competence to cope with problems.

Because public kindergartens do not provide English language instruction, parents who are deeply concerned about their children’s future in English learning would send them to the private kindergartens for a bilingual setting. Therefore, foreign English teachers with enthusiasm and working experience are required to establish a bilingual and international atmosphere for children from three to six years old.

As a foreign English teacher in kindergarten, you should plan and deliver lessons to the young learners and manage other relevant extra-curricular activities. During the teaching period, you need to employ a variety of teaching and caring methods to ensure high-quality learning takes place. Moreover, you should provide an immersive English-speaking environment during the scheduled time.

You should also evaluate student physical and emotional progress and provide ongoing guidance for improvement. Monitoring students progress and maintaining a portfolio are part of your responsibilities. In addition, you should maintain good relationships with parents and keep them well-informed about their children’s progress and condition.
