Job Description

1. Fully understand the group company's positioning and planning for the kindergarten, and formulate various tasks for the kindergarten;

2. Fully responsible for the administrative management, brand promotion, teacher training and safety of the kindergarten;

3. Responsible for organizing and formulating and improving the management rules and safety systems of kindergartens, taking the lead and supervising the implementation of various departments, and conducting daily supervision and implementation;

4. Guide the heads of various departments to complete various tasks, and conduct daily supervision and evaluation of departmental work;

5. Lead by example and cultivate an excellent team that is positive, hardworking, willing to share, loves learning, dares to think and act, and has the courage to take responsibility, with an international perspective and innovative thinking;

6. Responsible for communication and work with parents;

7. Stable staff team;

8. No more than 5% of students drop out each semester;

9. On the basis of completing various tasks in the kindergarten, actively support the work arranged by the group, and carry out good interaction and cooperation with other departments in the group;

10. According to the physical and mental development of students of different age groups, the supervising course principal will use the school's Drama and STEM and Arts (DSA) themes through EYFS to build a regular curriculum framework for each age group, formulate semester learning goals, and decompose the goals into different course units, including;

11. Participate in the formulation of kindergarten performance rewards;

12. Be responsible for the enrollment number of kindergartens.

Requirements

1) Bachelor Degree or above

2) At least 3 years as a international kindergarten principal or in kindergarten management

3) Native English speaker with Z visa qualified ONLY

4) PGCE/EYP/EYTS is preferred

5) Strong ability to manage an international kindergarten

6) Energetic and self-motivated

7) Good understanding of Chinese culture
