Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Teach English to preschool-aged children (3-6 years old) in an engaging and interactive manner.
2. Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, and games to promote language development and cultivate a love for learning.
3. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters social and emotional growth.
4. Assess and monitor students' progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
5. Collaborate with Chinese teachers and staff to ensure effective communication and a cohesive learning experience.
6. Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and staff meetings as required.
7. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that meets health and safety standards.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
1. Native English speaker from an English-speaking country (US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.).
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
3. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is preferred.
4. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
5. Passionate about working with young children and knowledgeable about child development theories and practices.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with children and build positive relationships with parents and colleagues.
7. Patient, creative, and adaptable, with a strong ability to engage and motivate young learners.
8. Legal working documents in China (valid work visa or residence permit).
