Daily running and administration of the classes;
To cooperate and support Chinese teachers and provide diverse, rich learning;
To make accurate observation records of children's development, and to analyze and evaluate the records;
To make teaching plan of the class, and organize, implement and carry out;
To provide suitable environment, resources and experiences;
To participate actively in the curriculum seminars, planning and the organization, implementation, recording feedback and analysis and evaluation of activities;
Creating planned activities to support children development and incorporating LED Curriculum into child play;
Working alongside members of staff to ensure high standard in operation of care;
Offering all children equal opportunities;
Be very able to deal and integrate with parent issues and parents as partners;
Managing accommodation (e.g.: classrooms) effectively to meet the needs of the curriculum and Health & Safety requirements;
To participate once per month open day (half day on Saturday).
Requirements
• Native English speaker preferable.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years full time work experience for native speakers. Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years full time work experience for non-natives.
• PGCE/TEFL/TESOL or other valid teaching certificates
• Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student outcomes
• Knowledge of inquiry based learning
• International experience, especially in Asia is highly regarded
• Clear criminal background check
• Meet Z visa requirement
• All documents to be received an official notary copy

Working Time: Full time, 7:50-13:10am; 14:30-17:10pm, Monday - Friday.
• Gross salary ranging from 20000rmb- 30000rmb monthly
