Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1.Follow the school's teaching standards and requirements to conduct corresponding subject teaching.

2.Pay attention to students' different learning needs and provide individualized instruction. Actively communicate with colleagues, parents, etc., to create a conducive environment and provide support for students' growth and development.

3.Provide daily tutoring according to schedule.

4.Participate in school activities, parent-teacher conferences, staff training, meetings, etc.

5.Coordinate with relevant departments and individuals to organize or participate in related teaching activities.

6.Other tasks assigned by the school.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1.Passionate about science and has a talent for inspiring student thinking.

2.Understands national curriculum standards, develops daily lesson plans and learning activities for students, and has experience in closing achievement gaps.

3.Conduct teaching activities in the form of discussions, direct instruction, demonstrations, and independent practice. Develop engaging and innovative curriculum to promote student growth in learning, social, and emotional aspects.

4.Incorporate technology and experiential learning into the classroom and differentiate instruction as needed so that all students can access the curriculum regardless of disabilities, English proficiency, or interest in the subject.

5.Assess students' performance in standard tasks using various methods such as observation, performance-based tasks, or other criterion-referenced tests.

6.Have experience in managing conflicts, promote positive interactions by setting expectations for behavior and standards, promptly address behaviors that do not align with the school discipline plan, and maintain a safe, orderly, and supportive classroom.

7.Possess good communication skills, regularly communicate with parents through phone calls or electronic means, as well as in parent-teacher meetings, regarding students' progress, potential, and behavior.

8.Adapt to a team-oriented environment

Requirements:

1、Native English speaker;

2、Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education preferred;

3、Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent);

4、Minimum 3 years' full time teaching experience;

5、Excellent classroom management and behavior management skills;

6、Ability to work as a part of a team in planning and implementing the school’s curriculum, strategic plans and policies;

7、Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
