Job title: Head Teacher
Job Location: Harbin
Job Overview: The Teacher
is required to prepare and deliver lessons using EF branded content and in
line with EF methodologies for classroom delivery and EF systems of
learner management to ensure a high level of teaching quality and leaner
satisfaction. They also have additional responsibilities which relate to
the mentoring of other teachers within the school. These responsibilities
can be found in the addendum role description section below.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out the
timetable of classes assigned by the DoS
- Give lessons to
the highest standards of English language teaching
- Become familiar
with the courses of study at the centre
- Develop and use
suitable supplementary materials as necessary
Use audio / video materials in classes - Expose students
to the use of CALL, CD-ROMs, and the Internet
- Begin and end
classes on time
Requirements
Essential
Qualifications
- College/University graduate
- A recognized
TEFL qualification (min. 120 hours) or equivalent
- Computer literate (Proficient in MS
Office Package)
- Evidence of
committal to professional development
- At least 3 years' teaching experience
