This is a job from TopTutorJob, we are hiring a Assistant Principal（Pri）for one of our clients but would like to keep it confidential for now. 1. POSITION GOAL: • To facilitate the effective implementation of the student development programme within the division in the functions stated below. • To ensure smooth transition between divisions for curriculum and/or programmes and initiatives • To develop a 1-3 year student development plan with phases and initiatives as directed. 2. PERFORMANCE REPONSIBILITIES • Lead and coordinate the implementation of a shared vision for the comprehensive, effective and innovative implementation of the student development programme. • Plan with, advise, assist and support teachers and administrators in the functions of student development. • Collaborate with counsellors and teachers to develop and review the student development framework. • Collaborate with teacher counsellors, teachers and Principals to collect, record and report student development data on a regular basis. • Contribute to SSIS publications, web site and other forms of internal and external Marketing and Branding communications regarding student development initiatives. • Communicate with the student/faculty/parent community regarding pertinent issues in student development. • Contribute to the student development budgetary process. 3. SUPERVISED, EVALUATED BY AND REPORTS TO: Reporting to the Director of Student Development/Assistant Principal 4.
