About Ulink College of Beijing
Ulink College of Beijing (UCB), the former name being Cambridge International Curriculum
Centre of Beijing Normal University (CICC), was established in March 2011. UCB is an
educational organization authorized by Cambridge Assessment International Educations
(CAIE) to offer A level (Advanced Level plus Advanced Subsidiary) and IGCSE courses and
to conduct A level and IGCSE examinations (Registration number CN481). It located in
Yanxi Tai, Sijiqing Town, Haidian District, Beijing.
With an experienced international faculty, our school has developed a positive and dynamic

Ulink College of Beijing was established in 2010. It is authorized by Cambridge International Examinations
(CIE) to teach IGCSE & A Level courses in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Jiangsu, P. R. China.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-To build up a harmony and up-going team
-To set up teaching and experimental plan according to Academic Office’ arrangement.
-Be responsible for subject teachers’ performance appraisal.
-Be responsible for approval for all mid-term exam and final exam test paper.
-Through planning for classes, observing classes, checking teaching plan and checking homework to know
teaching and learning, provide feedbacks to teachers.
-Be responsible for Subject meetings and coordinate teaching work for all year group.
-Coordinate with other department of school to improve teaching quality of the subject.
Recommend textbook and reference book for subject.
-Provide an effective learning environment through sound behavior and classroom management.
- Ability to draft lesson plans on regular basis with clear indication of the targeted learning outcomes and
relevant teaching methods.
-Successfully teach and deliver the classes to A-level and IGCSE students.
-Provide an effective learning environment through sound behavior and classroom management.

- Assign appropriate homework, correct and give guidance to students.
- Keep accurate student assessment records and preparation of student reports.
- Other assigned duties as required by the School's Management Team.
- Participate in and organize extracurricular activities if required.
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively with other departments.
Requirements
- Being an HOD of English department for at least two years.
- Bachelor degree or above in the related subject.
-At least two years IGCSE, A-Level, IB, AP teaching experience.
- Recognized teaching qualification.
- A demonstrated high level of commitment to teaching excellence.
- An understanding and commitment to being a team player.
