Job Description

1.Make development Goals for different ages' children and according to the month theme to plan the course and write lesson plan and teaching structure.

2. Hand in the whole plan to principal

3. According to the lesson plan and class arrangements to choose right level materials for children to learn.

4. To write lesson reflection and learning feedback (this one will be written for each child per semester)

5. Arrange the Lego classroom that include materials and hygiene part.

6. Using different Lego work to set up the classroom.

7. Attend open day which on Saturday once a month

8. Follow the rules and accept the supervise from principal.

Requirements

• Native English speaker preferable.

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• Around 2 years teaching experience in Lego, trained with Lego course preferred.

• PGCE/TEFL/TESOL or other valid teaching certificates

• Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student outcomes

• Knowledge of inquiry based learning

• International experience, especially in Asia is highly regarded

• Clear criminal background check

• Meet Z visa requirement

• All documents to be received an official notary copy

Benefits

Age of students: 1.5-6 Years Old

Working Time: Full time, 7:50-13:10am; 14:30-17:10pm, Monday - Friday.

• Gross salary ranging from 20000rmb- 30000rmb monthly

• Summer and Winter vacations: one month each with 10000rmb monthly allowance
