1. Handle all aspects of ElitePal's library reading program, including: Students' initial assessments; guiding students through the library "flow"; interviewing students; marking book reports.
2. Monitor the library "flow" and motivate students to achieve their goals
3. Provide a certain level of public speaking and presentation skills for students from K to G9
4. Cooperate with Chinese staff to provide library student academic assessments
