Job Description

SUIS Xiamen High School (SUIS Xiamen HS) was co-founded by Xiamen ITG Education Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiamen ITG Holding Group Co., Ltd., which is a Fortune Global 500 company, and Shanghai Xiehe Education Group, an education giant in Shanghai. Building on the expertise of Shanghai United International School, Xiamen (SUIS XM), both sides take full advantage of their unique strengths to work together for common development. After its name was verified by the Market Supervision Administration of Xiamen City on February 25, 2019, SUIS Xiamen HS was approved by Xiamen Bureau of Education to be established on April 25, 2019.

Located on Honglian Middle Road in Siming District and covering an area of thirty mu (20,010 m2), SUIS Xiamen HS boasts a beautiful campus environment and advanced facilities such as standard classrooms, laboratories, a learning resource center, sports fields, school cafeterias, and dormitories. SUIS Xiamen HS will officially open in September 2019, helping students in Xiamen gain access to quality higher education resources worldwide after they meet China’s basic education requirements.

Curriculum: CAIE A-level Curriculum

Teaching Language: English is our primary language, it would be helpful if you understand a little bit of Chinese

Total Teaching Periods: up to 25 teaching periods of 40-50 minutes. Overtime rate: 200RMB per teaching period over 25.

Regular School Hours: 7:55am-5:10pm with a 70min lunch break

Requirements

-Solid teaching experience in related field

-Licensed teacher prefered

-Stable working experience

-Work visa qualified and currently in China

Compensation:

DOE (22,000-32,000RMB per month)
7000RMB Housing Allowance
12,000 Travel Reimbursement

Holidays:
All regular Chinese holidays (Follow makeup schedule as well)
We cannot offer a winter break, but will offer seven personal days that can be used during fall semester
Spring Festival 3 weeks
Summer: ~6 weeks
