Duties:
1. Knowledge and understanding
2. Planning and setting expectations
3. Teaching and managing student learning
4. Assessment and evaluation
5. Relations with parents and wider community
6. Managing own performance and development
7. Managing and developing staff and other adults
8. Managing resources
9. Perform other duties as may be required by the Co-Principals
Requirements
l At least have a bachelor’s degree, preferably a degree in Education
l Teaching certificate (QTS, PGCE, PGDE, teaching certificate that issued and recognized by their home country, i.e Canada teaching certificate, SACE, )
l At least 2 years of full-time teaching experience in a school setting
l Candidates value and are well aware of child protection.
l Have at least 2 years of relevant full-time teaching experience of that position/subject
-For homeroom and English teaching related positions: native speaker is a must
l Have teaching experience of below curriculum(s)
-YC schools : Primary & Lower Secondary - UK national curriculum based; Upper Secondary - Y10&11: IGCSE, Y12&13: IB

l Pay scale range: RMB 19K- RMB 44K/m before tax

l Fixed and Variable Gratuity: A maximum of 15% of total earned base salary over the term of the contract, including 9% for Fixed Gratuity plus a maximum of 6% for Variable Gratuity
l Professional Development Allowance: RMB 5,000 per School Year
l Housing: A Furnished Apartment or Housing Allowance (housing allowance differs based on the location)
l Baggage Allowance & Airfare Allowance are also available.
