Vicen Director of Academic (shorten as VAD) (British and Australian Program) is a member of International Business Unit in
Weiming Group. This position is in charge of applying UK and Australia international curriculum system which is from
partnership organization at Weiming International Education Department of Weiming Schools and managing academic
affairs of UK and Australia international program (including but not limited to information management / effective
teaching management / academic evaluation management). AD is responsible for the achievement of academic goals
and a key member of International Business Unit and will play an important role of the success of British and Australian
Program international program in Weiming Group.
Responsibilities:
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education-related field required.
Two years of working experience beyond Bachelor degree required.
Be familiar with Australian Curriculum.
Desire to work with middle / high school-aged children; specialized training for dealing with that
age group is a definite asset.
Desire and ability to coach or teach after school activities preferred (stipend available)
Must be willing to change grade level within a secondary school setting according to varying
school enrollment from year to year.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft software and LMS software required.
Strong organizational ability and the ability to meet deadlines.
