The Second Foreign Language School Affiliated to Shanghai Normal University is a well-known school with international high school department which offers Cambridge A-level curriculum and American High School curriculum + AP curriculum.
The role/responsibility of ELA teacher is to:
- Conduct 22-24 teaching sessions/week to G9-G12 students;
- Hold 1 or 2 clubs;
- Assist in the planning and execution of up to three extracurricular or cultural events per semester.
Requirements
- English native speaker;
- Bachelor degree or above in English, English Education, Linguistics, Literature, Drama or relevant majors;
- Hold TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or other relevant certificates;
- Two or three years’ experience of teaching high school students;
- Love teaching, be familiar with students’ psychology, full of love, patience and responsibility
- Have good communication skills and a strong sense of team work;
