The role of the ESL teacher is to:

 Design lessons according to given contents and achieve teaching objectives efficiently

 Apply different teaching methods in class, flexible to adapt to changes

 Participate in social activities with students organized by the school

 Maximum 40 working hours including teaching hours and office hours per week

 7 to 15 students from 3 to 14 years old per class

 Various teaching materials and well-equipped classrooms

 A teaching assistant available
