➢ Ensure that the School’s policies and local regulatory requirements for the curriculum, school premises, health and safety and well-being of staff and students are met.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
➢ An honours degree from a good university with an additional relevant post-graduate management or leadership qualification an advantage.
➢ A proven track record of sustained and significant success at an educational senior leadership level as well as demonstrating an effective and varied education career profile.
➢ Experience of implementing and monitoring strategic plans to support the over-arching vision and mission of an education institution.
➢ Successful experience of promoting and delivering excellence and innovation in teaching and learning and curriculum.
➢ Relevant and effective innovation, team leadership and project management experience demonstrating a strategic and forward-looking approach.
➢ Demonstrable experience of engaging and building relationships with a wide variety of key internal and external stakeholders.
➢ Substantial successful experience of resource management, financial, human and physical.
➢ Experience across the full range of staff management processes including recruitment, development,
retention, performance management and appraisal.
➢ Experience of leadership and management of teaching and non-teaching staff and developing an open
and supportive working environment.
➢ In-depth understanding of education in an international primary setting
